The cocoa for this very high-percentage, handcrafted plantation milk chocolate comes from the Sambirano Valley in the northwest. Caramel and honey aromas are in harmony with a delicate cocoa note.
INGREDIENTS
Sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla extract, salt. May contain traces of tree nuts, peanuts, and milk components.
STORAGE
Store our chocolate bars in a cool, dry place at a temperature between 15 and 20°C. Our chocolates are sensitive to strong temperature fluctuations, such as those in refrigerators or near heating sources. A wine fridge or a cool, dry pantry provides ideal storage conditions.
SHELF LIFE
Our chocolate bars are made without artificial preservatives. Even after the best-before date has passed, they can often still be consumed, although the taste may slightly diminish.
