For lovers of our homemade Mozartkugel, we also offer a version without marzipan. This version is filled with a delicious pistachio cream and hazelnut nougat, covered in a creamy blend of white and dark chocolate. This exquisite handcrafted delicacy is gluten-free, alcohol-free, and free from palm oil and palm fat.

INGREDIENTS

Sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, hazelnuts (10%), cocoa mass, whipped cream , vegetable oil and fat (fully hydrogenated coconut), caramel sugar, pistachios (0.6%), natural flavors (vanilla, sour cherry); emulsifiers: soy lecithin, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; coloring agent: chlorophyllin. Cocoa: at least 36% (milk chocolate couverture), at least 60% (dark chocolate couverture). May contain traces of other tree nuts, peanuts and gluten.

STORAGE

Store our Mozartkugel in a cool, dry place at a temperature between 15 and 20°C. Our chocolates are sensitive to significant temperature fluctuations, as well as refrigerators and heaters. A wine fridge or a cool, dry pantry provides ideal conditions.

SHELF LIFE

Our Mozartkugel are made without artificial preservatives. For the best taste experience, we recommend enjoying them fresh. They can often still be eaten after the best-before date has passed, though the taste may be slightly diminished.
