The cocoa beans for this chocolate come from western Venezuela, a centuries-old melting pot of cocoa trees located south of Lake Maracaibo. This variety is distinguished by its strong and intense bitter flavor.
INGREDIENTS
Cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin, salt. May contain traces of tree nuts, peanuts and milk components.
STORAGE
Store our chocolate bars in a cool, dry place at a temperature between 15 and 20°C. Our chocolates are sensitive to strong temperature fluctuations, such as those in refrigerators or near heating sources. A wine fridge or a cool, dry pantry provides ideal storage conditions.
SHELF LIFE
Our chocolate bars are made without artificial preservatives. Even after the best-before date has passed, they can often still be consumed, although the taste may slightly diminish.
